GVA Community Update
June 2026 · Volume 1, Issue 2
Action Needed: GVA Dues Reminder — $1 Per Manor
GVA is entirely self-funded by residents. Each manor in a three-story building contributes $1.00 per year — this is the only source of operating funds for your association. Building Captains: Please collect $1 dues from each manor in your building. Treasurer Sheldon Mende will send a separate reminder with collection details. Checks or cash can be directed through your Building Captain to the GVA Treasurer.
