The Garden Villa Association (GVA) has been the dedicated resident organization for the 81 three-story buildings in Laguna Woods Village since its formation in August 1992. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents by promoting livable and well-maintained buildings and common areas.

To fulfill our mission we are dedicated to ensuring our community remains a vibrant, beautiful, and high-quality place to call home. The GVA board is strategically focused on the care, maintenance, and improvement of our community. We serve as a vital link, facilitating effective communication among residents, Village Management Services (VMS), and the Third Laguna Hills Mutual HOA to ensure our collective interests are represented.

LAGUNA WOODS, CA – Neighbors helping neighbors is what makes the Garden Villa Association so special. Residents living in our three-story buildings can easily stay updated on local projects and community news through our network of volunteer building captains. We are always looking for passionate residents to join our committees and help enhance our beautiful Laguna Woods Village neighborhood.
